Jacob Sudhoff is a Houston-based entrepreneur and the founder of Sudhoff — a private platform built on a single conviction: the best investments are made alongside the people who understand them best.

Over nearly three decades, Jacob has operated at the intersection of families, operators, and capital. He began his career at 16 in Corpus Christi, buying and selling homes while still in high school, before building one of Houston’s leading new development platforms and guiding the deployment of approximately $1 billion in family office capital.

Through that experience, he developed long-term relationships with families and operators across multiple sectors — and a clear insight: families don’t need more intermediaries to invest outside their expertise, they need access to other families who have already built it.

Sudhoff was created to formalize that approach. Operating across Sudhoff Advisors, Sudhoff Ventures, Sudhoff Intelligence, and The Sudhoff Network, the platform connects family offices with other families, operators, and opportunities through shared expertise and aligned capital.
